3.00pm-3.15pm – gig for family and friends
The Marshall’s School of Music (based in the Heritage Venue until renovations are complete)
Children age 8-12
**Limited to 10 places**
The Big Rock Holiday Camp is THE band experience for children aged 8-12. The best part? No experience is necessary; just awesomeness and a desire to perform! The young people will have the opportunity to learn an instrument with a mentor who will drive them from rehearsal room to stage in a matter of hours. Throughout the day there will be a minimum of two songs learnt from the playlist the young people vote to learn. All songs are selected so that each participant will have success in both their instrumental and performance skills. The band will also choose their band name in the board room whilst eating a packed lunch that they have brought along with them.
