Terms and Conditions

Please read all the information and fill in the form below.

1:1 Lessons

All 1:1 lessons are to be paid for either before the lesson or in the school on the time

required from the student/parent of the lesson.

If lessons are not paid for on the day of the lesson, a reminder will be sent via text. If payment is not paid on the day a 5% additional charge will be added to your payment link. This must be paid within 24 hours or an additional 5% will be added. 

If 3 consecutive lessons are cancelled your space will be offered out to a student on our waiting list. 

For 1:1 lessons only, if less than 24hrs notice is given of an absence, the full cost of the lesson is payable on cancellation as we pay your tutor at this point.

Reminder texts are sent for all 1:1 sessions. Please do not reply to this number to cancel lessons. You MUST text 07557 979 005. Cancellations to the automated number will not be delivered!

If you do not receive reminder texts you must let us know at your earliest convenience. It is still your own responsibility to make note and attend lessons at the correct time. 

Lessons are a paid time slot, not duration. If you are late the lessons will take place for the remainder of the time space booked. 

If you are booking lessons through a 3rd party and a payment link is required for payment, We must be made aware on initial time of booking lessons along with the 3rd parties full business name and contact details.

If a tutor is ill or on holiday then a replacement will be found. If you do not want a replacement tutor please let reception know as soon as possible.

We are open throughout school holidays. The only time we close the school is over the Christmas break. If you are away over school holidays please let us know at your earliest convenience. Again if 3 lessons are cancelled your place will be offered to another student. 

Adverse weather conditions: if you are unable to attend a lesson due to snow, we will offer a zoom lesson instead. If you cancel within the 24 hours this will be chargeable as the tutor will be available to deliver the session.

Bands and Choir

With ALL Subscription programs a 1 months cancellation notice is or in the school on the time required from the student/parent.

Band and Group sessions are paid by a subscription agreement. If you cannot attend groups due to holidays, illness or personal circumstances, your subscription amount will remain the same and will not be reduced as the session is still being offered.

If direct debits fail the outstanding amount is to be paid by bank transfer or paid at the school on or before the next session. Failing to do so, your sessions will be on hold until payment is cleared.

Band subscriptions are offered in 46 sessions across the year. If we miss a group lesson that is below your 46 annual sessions, a catch-up will be offered or an extended session will be offered at no extra charge to the customer.

Any gigs outside of band sessions are the responsibility of the bands. Sessions will not be changed for external events. 

Everyone

We do not close for school holidays or bank holidays (except Christmas), all classes run as normal during these times. If we do close you will be given ample notice via text message.

If you are struggling to contact us by phone then please send us a text message - this is the easiest form of communication. 

If 3 lessons or sessions are missed consecutively then your space may be given to another student.​​​​
